Take Your Love – Cocktail Summer Everyday In The Night Together – EP

There’s a particular kind of summer that only exists in hindsight, with fragments of heat, distant voices, the rhythm of the sea looping endlessly somewhere in the background..

Take Your Love moves that space. Built from vaporwave and lo-fi chillwave sensibilities, these recordings unfold in washed-out tones and granular repetitions, like images copied too many times.

It’s only midway through this story that its coordinates become clearer: these pieces trace a parallel origin to Sensible Soccers, connected by the core members before fully converging. Certain motifs would later be reworked (Telas Na Areia being one ) shifting from this hazier terrain into something more open, where a balearic sensibility begins to surface.

Originally released in 2011 via Música Pop Desempregada, this EP remains a document of that in-between state, where sound behaves like memory: unstable, recursive, and quietly luminous.

The 10” lathe cut edition gives this material a fitting form: each copy slightly different, marked by time, carrying the same soft imperfections as the recordings themselves.

Limited edition of 20, hand numbered and each with a unique picture and hand-made artwork, making every copy one of a kind.
