Gala Drop – Nova – 12″

Following the success of 2014’s ‘II’, Gala Drop are back with a new single, “Nova”.

Side A comes mixed by their Principe Discos homies Niagara. We’re in familiar Gala Drop territory here… floating psychedelic guitars & synths entwine with the deft drumming and intricate percussion, all weaving a psychedelic spell that transports you to the band’s sunny world. On the flip Lisbon’s maestro deejay Tiago takes us further into the same world, but via a different route. Soulful keys and gentle congas ease us down to the beach to soak in the future jazz.
