Império Pacífico – Exílio – LP

“Exílio” (Exile) by Império Pacífico is their first LP, through Variz. Taking influences from Daft Punk, John T Gast or New Order, this new release pinpoints key factors in electronic music while driving away from the comfort a sub-genre can bring. Raw synths and cityscape samples bloom from the rhythm as if heard from the outskirts. A new perspective to the already established groundwork in electronic music. Coming from fast-paced EPs who thrived to race you through the tracks, this new work comes closer to a cinematic journey.

Império Pacífico are Luan Bellussi (trash CAN) and Pedro Tavares (funcionário) who present themselves as part of the music of the future in Lisbon.
